i want a lensbaby. a lot.

unfortunately, i seem to changes interests on a somewhat random cycle. design, podcasting, photography, computers, skimboarding, remixes and mashups, cars, drumming, painting, blogging, music, video games, more computers...and the like. that also means that my wishlist changes on a regular basis...

i recently forced myself to write down a permenant list of things to buy, not to be altered by anything but the most epic change of heart...

and as it stands:

1. turntables (dmix 600)
2. fucking sick headphones (blue and yellow sk-pros)
3(tie). graphics card (either 9800GTX+ or GTS 250, and i'll have to buy a new PSU since the one that came with the case blows hard)
3(again...its a tie). a PA system for the turntables/shows in my basement
...
4+. everything else (including various drums, cymbals, mics, mixers, a new skimboard, and that damn lensbaby that i want ever-so-much)

and now that my laptop AND ipod have broken, i have no clue what i'm going to do. hopefully my parents will absorb the laptop and ipod (they probably will), and im getting payed this week for the filming ive been doing since march ($400ish), AND i just landed a freelance job over the summer doing SEO/design/blogging/directing for a family friend (about $1000 worth of work)

so hopefully by the end of the summer, i'll have it all

and somehow, i forsee a lingering unhappiness with the shit i have lying around my room, and will have moved on to wanting more useless shit to have lying around my room...
